Alberto González

majored in Graphic Design and Arts at the University of Costa Rica (UCR). However, his abnormal interest in all things Internet drove him to pursue a different career path from the expected for his degree. Starting in 1997, he did web design for many Tico Internet startups, including four years for international agency Possible Worldwide and its host of world-recognized clients.

Starting in 2004, Alberto began to focus on User Experience Design as a career, from his interest on having a bigger influence on the behavior and functionality of the end product. Alberto has done UI/UX work for lots of web projects, ranging from intranets to mobile games.

All along this path, Beto's number one passion has been cartooning, comics and kids' illustration. He maintains a webcomic in Spanish named Dale Dani, with characters that he's been creating for more than 15 years. His dream job may be something that somehow combines all of the skills deployed on this site, along the lines of consumable multimedia production for kids.
